Interior Restoration
The inside of your home, restored to the same standard
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, paint and drywall — handled by the same accountable local team that puts your roof on.
What we restore inside
Interior work is where a restoration is either finished properly or quietly left half done. Every job below is scoped in writing, scheduled by one project manager, and closed out with a photo report you keep.
Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinet installation, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, lighting, and complete kitchen transformations.
Bathroom Remodeling
Shower and tub replacements, vanities, tile, fixtures, flooring, and full bathroom remodels.
Flooring Installation
Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, tile, and flooring removal and replacement.
Interior Painting
Nail holes filled, seams taped, edges cut clean, and dust controlled — a finish you can look at in daylight without squinting.
Drywall Repair
Leak stains, blowout holes, textured blends and full room replacements, patched and finished so the repair disappears into the wall.
How an interior project runs
Walk the space
We photograph and measure every room, note what is behind the walls, and flag anything that will change the budget before it changes it mid-project.
Written scope
A line-item scope covering materials, demolition, disposal and the trades involved — no verbal estimates you have to remember.
One crew, sequenced
Drywall, paint and flooring run in the right order under one project manager, so nothing gets installed twice or damaged by the next trade.
Final walkthrough
Punch list, photo closeout and warranty registration, so you know exactly what was done and what is covered.

Interior restoration FAQ
- How long does a kitchen remodel take?
- Most kitchen remodels take 3 to 6 weeks once materials are on site. Cabinet and countertop lead times are the biggest variable, so we confirm them before demolition starts and give you a written schedule.
- Can I still use my home during a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
- Yes. We seal off the work area, protect floors, and clean up daily. If you only have one bathroom, we plan the sequence to keep the time it is out of service as short as possible.
- How long does a bathroom remodel take?
- A fixture and vanity update can be done in a few days. A full bathroom remodel with new shower, tile and plumbing usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the scope and materials.
- What type of flooring is best for my home?
- Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is waterproof and durable, making it great for kitchens, baths and basements. Hardwood adds long-term value in living areas, and tile works well in wet spaces. We help you choose based on the room, budget and how you live.
- Do you remove and dispose of old flooring?
- Yes. Removal, haul-away and subfloor prep are included in our written scope, so there are no surprise disposal charges.
- Do I need to move furniture before you paint?
- We ask that you remove small items and valuables. Our crew can move and cover larger furniture, and we protect floors and fixtures before any paint is opened.
- Can you repair drywall damaged by a roof leak?
- Yes. We find and fix the source of the leak first, replace any wet or damaged drywall, then match the texture and paint so the repair blends in. If it is part of an insurance claim, we document everything for your adjuster.
- Will insurance cover interior damage from a storm or leak?
- Often, yes — when interior damage results from a covered event like storm damage to your roof. We document the roof and interior together in one file to make your claim simpler.
- Do you offer free estimates for interior projects?
- Yes. We walk the space, take measurements, and provide a written, line-item estimate at no cost. Call 816-207-9163 or use the form on this page to schedule.
- Is your interior work warrantied?
- Yes. Every interior project is closed out with a final walkthrough, photo report and warranty registration so you know exactly what is covered.
